The Library Board is responsible for the policies, goals, and objectives of the library. They also advocate for the library in the greater community. The day-to-day operation of the library is the responsibility of the Library CEO and senior staff.
Library Board meetings are open to the public and take place on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
The Library Board meets ten times per year (no meetings in July or August), usually on the second Tuesday of the month. All meetings are open to the public and take place at various library branches in the County. If you would like to attend, please contact the Paris Branch to find out where the next board meeting takes place.
The Library has several plans and studies to help guide planning and service.
