Heritage building update
Tuesday, March 7, 2023 - Site work at the new Main Branch Library (currently known as the Bawcutt Centre; formerly known as the Paris Old Town Hall) is scheduled to begin this week.
Project details:
Construction crews will assess the condition of the bell tower and inspect underground soil conditions of the heritage building. Residents can expect to see machinery on site and fencing erected.
This investigative work will inform development of a heritage restoration plan as part of the new Main Branch Library construction project.
